Manning Company began as a sole proprietorship on July 1, 1973 and on March 22, 1979 it was incorporated under the name of Manning Materials Corporation and operated under the Divisional trade style of Manning Company selling specialty building products.

Manning Materials is a distributor of innovative building products and we pride ourselves in being unmatched in servicing a customer base. From adequate inventory, product literature and samples to in-house tint machines, our customers know we are committed to their success.

Our facility is centrally located and has a full stocking inventory of products to help reduce lead times or satisfy rush orders. With five trucks delivering daily, we can efficiently cover the Mid-Atlantic region no matter how remote the location. Our customers have come to expect this level of performance; a level which we confidently feel separates Manning Materials from the competition.

Our technical representatives are knowledgeable and capable of assisting you through every step of the construction cycle, from specification recommendations, field and technical support, to “green” building solutions for your commercial or residential project.

With over thirty years in the industry, Manning Materials has formed long-term, lasting relationships with architects, engineers, builders, general contractors, subcontractors and homeowners across the United States, as well as our suppliers across the world.
