Nudura Nudura Insulated Concrete Forms (ICFs) are interlocking, lightweight expanded polystyrene forms designed to be a structural, concrete wall. This innovative, sustainable building product outperforms wood-framed wall systems with its energy efficiency, design versatility, structural integrity, sound attenuation and fire resistance making it a perfect solution for “green” construction. Nudura is manufactured from recycled or recyclable materials, and the patented design helps minimize any jobsite waste. Nudura Floor and Ceiling Technology is comprised of 100% recyclable expanded polystyrene utilized as under roof or under basement slab insulation. Dryvit Dryvit Exterior Insulating and Finishing System (EIFS) combines expanded polystyrene boards, glass fiber reinforcing mesh imbedded in a modified cement basecoat, and trowel-applied acrylic textured finish to produce an architectural wall system that is both visually pleasing and highly insulated. Increased demand for wall systems to be able to drain away incidental moisture has prompted developments in new moisture drainage systems for residential applications. R-Control R-Control panels are Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs) constructed of expanded polystyrene laminated between two sheets of structural Oriented Strand Board (OSB). These wall and roof panels provide superior energy efficiency and faster installation than traditional wood-framing methods. Panels are factory-cut to your specific dimensions, thereby reducing labor and minimizing material waste. Panels meet, or exceed nationally recognized building codes and are treated with FrameGuard to resist mold and mildew, and PerformGuard to resist termites. Utilizing R-Control roof panels minimizes the energy loss and reduces air leakage that occurs with traditional roof-framing methods With their versatility, strength, cost-effectiveness and energy efficiency, R-Control SIPs are an excellent solution for both residential and commercial projects.

Lite Deck Lite Deck is an insulated, stay-in-place concrete form system utilized as a floor, deck or roof. Able to be engineered to span up to 40’ in length, this system allows a more open floorplan to create better traffic flow and allow more natural light to fill your space. Lite-Deck utilizes 18 gauge steel framing studs every 12 inches, which act as furring strips to which drywall can be attached after concrete is cured to its required design strength and temporary shoring has been removed. Makes a great substrate for a “green” roof or living roof system. Ideal for use with radiant (in-floor) heat. Lite Deck’s nominal R-30 insulation also reduces interior noise levels.

Metwood Metwood offers structural flooring solutions comprised of Cold Formed Steel that are adaptable to all types of building systems, including ICFs and SIPs. Another great option if you are interested in radiant floor heating. Combining floorSPAN decking in conjunction with throughSPANstructural beams provides a strong concrete flooring system which also allows utility chases to pass directly through the structural member, not below. This maximizes headroom with fewer vertical supports and less intrusion into useable space providing a more open, light-filled living or working environment.

Canamould Canamould is a lightweight, precoated foam shape which adds elegance and curb-appeal to the exterior façade of any residence or commercial building. The extrusion process ensures crisp, clean details, and consistency from piece to piece. Available in a variety of profile shapes including cornice, window surrounds and sills, quoins, keystones and columns. Arches are manufactured to specified radii with very short lead time. Easily installed, these architectural details dramatically transform the facade of new or existing structures. The look and feel naturally compliments exteriors of stone, brick, stucco and EIFS.

Trimroc Trimroc, a lightweight, precoated interior foam shape replicates the look of old-time plaster while eliminating the need for nailing and caulking. Standard 8’-long pieces are easily attached with simple drywall compound. The dimensionally stable interior reduces shrinkage typically associated with traditional wood crown mouldings. Also available in coffered beams, light coves, columns, chair rail and baseboard moulding. Create a dramatic design statement or simply add some architectural interest to a room, Trimroc is perfect for new construction or transformation of an existing space.

Chemcrest Chemcrest is a molded high-density polyurethane moulding which replicates plaster or wood ornamentation. Specializing in highly ornate profiles such as dentil, rope and egg-and-dart mouldings, Chemcrest delivers the look of custom quality woodwork at a fraction of the cost. Dress up plain walls with panel mouldings, add interest to bland ceilings with medallions, and replace basic crown moulding with something that makes a statement. Lengths are easily cut, and attached using construction adhesive. Exterior mouldings, columns, balustrade and rail systems are also available.

Elegant Stone Elegant Stone, an excellent alternative to precast, creates cost-effective crushed limestone-coated products for the residential and commercial building industries. Combines the curb-appeal and traditional look of stone or precast with the ease of installation of a foam shape. Eliminates the structural support associated with a heavy, pre-cast shape yet is extremely impact and weather resistant. Available as mouldings, columns, balustrades and rails, fireplace surrounds or kitchen hood/vent surrounds. Select from stock shapes or create your own.
